Dental insurance is available for all full-time employees. The dental coverage also includes an extensive network of providers and is offered at minimal cost. Dental coverage options include preventive, basic, major, and orthodontic coverage.
SECURITY FOR TOMORROW
The Jack Johnson Company offers a very competitive 401k plan. Your plan contributions are immediately 100% vested. You can invest your pre-tax dollars in a variety of investments managed by American Funds. Employees are eligible to participate after 60 days of service at quarterly intervals.
Group Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance
The Jack Johnson Company offers a long-term disability program for an employee who is unable to work for more than six months. This benefit provides the employee with 60% of their pay, up to a maximum of $5,000 per month lasting up to age 65. Acceptance into this plan is guaranteed to all employees.
Basic Life Insurance
The Jack Johnson Company provides all full-time eligible employees with a base amount of $10,000 in basic life insurance. This benefit is at NO COST to the employee. Optional supplemental employee and dependent insurance is also available.
MAKING LIFE A LITTLE EASIER
Direct deposit allows employees to have their pay check wire-transferred to their bank, credit union, or savings and loan at NO COST. This saves our employees the hassle of making a trip to the bank each pay day.
Health-Care and Dependent-Care Flexible Spending Accounts
These PRE TAX savings plans are offered to allow employees the opportunity to set aside pre tax dollars for health care and dependent care expenses. This benefit is handled directly through payroll deduction.
Employee Assistance Program
An employee assistance program is available at no cost to employees. The plan confidentially assists you and your family members in overcoming problems that may affect you at work or home, dependency problems, marital difficulties, financial counseling or psychiatric care. Employees can also take advantage of speaking to financial advisors for money management tips or legal counsel for guidance and advice.
TIME AWAY FROM WORK
Jack Johnson Company offers its eligible employees paid personal leave (PPL). The Paid Personal Leave (PPL) plan combines vacation, sick leave and holiday pay into a single bank of time for maximum flexibility. You begin earning time on your date of hire.
