Desert Color at Merrill Ranch

Desertcolor at Merrill Ranch is a “New Urban” community concept that is based on the creation of a sense of place. The Desertcolor concept promotes walkability, connectivity, a mixed use core that provides for housing diversity, and a focus on quality architecture and urban design.

Desertcolor seeks to create the concept of “community” through the development of a vibrant village center, 30-acre public access lake, miles of walks and trails, 18-hole golf course and club, community recreation center, community amphitheater, and a diverse and energetic population.
