Giants Ridge

Giants Ridge, a government owned and operated ski area serving local clientele, sought to upgrade and enhance its facilities to offer year-round recreational opportunities.

Jack Johnson Company provided land-use and master-planning to provide additional lifts, alpine and cross-country trails, upgraded base lodge facilities, and improved circulation. The master plan also addressed single- and multi-family residential development, convention and conference facilities, a small lakeside marina, and a possible 18-hole golf course.
