Promontory - The Ranch Club

Promontory is a 7,000 acre second-home and private golf course community located minutes outside of Park City, Utah. At full build-out, Promontory will include 1,914 home and resort sites ranging in size from .25 acres to over 40 acres. Owners enjoy world-class recreational amenities including championship golf courses designed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus, over 50 miles of trails, and the club’s exclusive Alpine Lodge at the Deer Valley Resort. Other amenities include an equestrian facility, an Outfitter's cabin, a family clubhouse including an indoor/outdoor pool and four tennis courts, a kid's cabin and adventure trail, and an ice skating rink. Additional golf courses, clubhouses and and a general store/post office are planned for future phases.
