Victory Ranch

The essence of Victory Ranch development will be expressed through flavors of the rustic, relaxed ranch lifestyle incorporated and enhanced in the Victory Ranch community. Victory Ranch includes 5,600 acres of land in Wasatch and Summit Counties. Of this, 2,600 acres will comprise a nature preserve with wilderness cabins and miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding and other pursuits.

The development has been designed in two phases, with the first phase consisting of four sub-phases A through D and having a total density of 405 units. The master plan includes two 18-hole golf courses with a clubhouse and pro shop, access to fishing along five extraordinary miles of the Provo River, tennis courts, swimming pool, and equestrian center.
